Bret Muetzelfeld

I was raised in Missouri and moved to Gwinnett in 1993. I graduated from Brookwood High School in 2000 and Auburn University in 2004 with a degree in Aviation Management. I have over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry and am the Qualifying Broker at Peach State Realty in Buford. I started my career in new homes and began specializing in REO and disposal of non-performing assets after the market correction in 2008. Currently, I specialize in representing custom home builders, land owners on dividing/selling tracts of land, as well as buyers/sellers in residential/commercial transactions. I am confident and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and construction. I am an annual Million Dollar Club recipient and in 2020 was awarded the prestigious Phoenix award from NAMAR. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, coaching travel soccer for my daughters and working on my Jeeps.
