Bret Muetzelfeld
I was raised in Missouri and made Gwinnett County home in 1993. After graduating from Brookwood High School, I earned a degree in Aviation Management from Auburn University. Not long after, I found my true calling in real estate—and I’ve been passionate about it ever since. With over 20 years of experience, I currently serve as the Qualifying Broker at Peach State Realty in Buford. I began my career in new home sales and transitioned to specialize in REO and non-performing asset management following the 2008 market correction. Today, I focus on representing custom home builders, assisting landowners with selling tracts of land, and helping buyers and sellers navigate both residential and commercial real estate transactions. I bring deep industry knowledge and confidence to every deal, backed by years of hands-on experience in both real estate and construction. I’m proud to be a multi-year recipient of the Million Dollar Club award and was honored with NAMAR’s prestigious Phoenix Award in 2020. I’m a proud Leadership Gwinnett alumnus and stay actively involved in my local community. Giving back and helping make Gwinnett a better place for everyone is something I’m truly passionate about. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, coaching my daughter's soccer teams, fishing, and working on my Jeeps.
